The weather-predicting sculpture

For any British person, trying to predict the weather is an impossible art.

Okay so it's a pretty safe bet that rain will feature at some point but aside from that generalisation, it could do anything.

This ingenious creation utilises weather information, gathered from the internet, to create a video forecast of the next day. While we like to think it was created especially for us Brits, it has a much more earnest background.

It was created by Mathieu Lehannuer for a palliative care ward in France, where terminal patients are able to have an insight into the future.

We still want one.
