TV Remote Watch

Laziness is the future

TV Remote Watch
17 January 2011

Moving house, getting divorced, being fired; all seen as some of the most stressful experiences a man can go through. But something which never seems to get the proper attention it deserves is the harrowing ordeal of losing a remote control.

You've searched for hours and insisted that it's not your fault yet the Go Compare ad is offending your senses at an unbearably high volume. It doesn't even bear thinking about.

Thankfully, some soon to be saint has found a solution. A watch that also works as a TV remote. Assuming that you don't end up losing your watch frequently, it's an idea that deserves a slow clap AND a freeze-frame punch in the air.

The watch has six buttons that can be programmed to control any infra-red devices, such as your TV, DVD player, stereo or iPod dock. Through slightly evil tinkering it can also be abused when needed to control the TVs of others.

You can get your own here. Mind the shipping charges though.
