Beer-Flavoured Jelly Beans Are Here

Apparently it was a product requested by customers for decades. And finally, the beer flavoured jelly bean has arrived.

The Jelly Belly company has unveiled 'draft beer' flavoured beans but these are non-alcoholic, so even recovering AA members can fill their boots.

The company say that they will be an 'iridescent gold' colour and have been inspired by German Hefeweizen. They describe them as having an "effervescent and crisp flavor...beer connoisseurs will find the flavor profile to be clean with notes of wheat and a touch of sweetness. The aroma is mildly bready. Usually the factory has a sweet and fruity aroma, but when we’re making this flavour it’s just like being in an ale house."
