Being evil is exhausting. The reason Hannibal Lector is only on-screen for 16 minutes in The Silence of the Lambs is because he's spending the rest of the time having a nap.
So, it's understandable that one of the most devious guys in the universe (for reals, we voted him as such), would be in need of some serious R&R.
Darth Vader has spent many years as the poster boy for amorality and this summer, he's taking a break and packing up for the beach. He's going for a surf, he's having fun on a segway and he's watching Jersey Shore in his hotel room. The guy is having a whale of a time.
Even if he'd kill you in a heartbeat, you can't deny him a bit of fun at the beach.
