5. The Man In The High Castle

The Man in the High Castle is an alternate history TV show set in a world where the Axis powers won World War II. After its defeat, the US has been divided into two parts, one controlled by the Japanese and one by the Nazis. The series is about the lives of characters on both sides of the conflict as they navigate a world where the basic principles of freedom and democracy are threatened. There’s a central mystery too, as propaganda films appear that seem to show an alternate reality in which the Allies won the war.
