Sonic the Hedgehog. Pogs. A lack of student debt. There are many things we'd like to bring back from the 90s, none more so than our favourite trainers - without the chewing gum scars and scuffs. Mercifully, adidas Originals have heard our pleas, resurrecting the Equipment Running Guidance 93.
Twenty one years after it first light up the pavement (we're sorry if that's crushed you with a realisation of just how old you are), the slickest member of the EQT family is back with some fresh new additions.
The chunky build is a refreshing change up to the stripped-down woven models that have populated the summer: an air mesh upper with synthetic suede overlays now forms the upper structure of the shoe, while adidas' fancy TORSION SYSTEM and EVA midsole look after your foot's comfort needs.
Available in three colourway options (white, core black and red, black, yellow and white or black, white and sub green), this nudge of nostalgia will be available on the adidas Originals website for £90 from 23 August.
