One thing you can never have enough of is dinosaurs. Like, you could have a million dinosaurs in your back garden, but that wouldn’t be enough. This fact is the reason why it is very exciting that there is going to be another Jurassic Park film, this time a prequel, and this time animated. In fact (duck! more excitement!), it’s going to be TWO films, and it’s going to be LEGO.
The two-parter, called LEGO Jurassic World: The Secret Exhibit, will focus on Claire and Owen (Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt in the live-action movies) (probably different actors here though, like it was in Lego Jurassic World: The Indominus Escape) before the opening of the park that featured in Jurassic World.
Of course, this being a Jurassic World film, things go wrong, and there’s dinosaurs chasing after everyone, trying to eat them. What are they like!
Here’s the trailer, which - trigger warning - contains dinosaurs:
Exciting, no? You’ve got a rampaging T-Rex, a runaway Gyrosphere, hang-gliding with a Pteranodon and the essential ingredient that every single film requires: a man getting shot in the bum with a tranquilizer dart.
LEGO Jurassic World: The Secret Exhibit will air over in the US on NBC on November 29 before becoming available to stream on various services the next day - you’ll also be able to grab it on DVD on January 19.
But whichever method of consuming it you choose, make sure you actually do consume it, because as we previously mentioned, there is not a humanly fathomable number that could refer to an amount of dinosaurs that could be regarded as “too many”.
