Forget DIY, we're about to enter the age of BIY - brew it yourself.
This is the Pico, a micro-brewery that enables you to brew your own 5L mini-kegs of craft beer in your home.
The Pico looks to simplify the brewing process with a set of pre-packaged ingredient bags called PicoPacks. Dump this into the Pico's "Keg" draw, download the brewing instructions over a wi-fi connection and await the "ping" (after around two hours) of a new brew of beer. Add it to a keg to ferment, then let it carbonate and you've got your own batch of booze.
Currently on Kickstarter, the Pico brewery costs £325, with additional PicoPacks costing around £12 to £20.
Be sure to invite us round when you've got your first batch ready, yeah?
