Who doesn’t love Christmas Day? The presents, the television, the opportunity to start drinking Buck’s Fizz at breakfast. And then there are the mountains of food, which everyone has pitched in to help make. It can be disheartening, however, if the dish you’ve carefully crafted is not consumed with gusto.
