David Hasselhoff has released a new music video and won the internet
Say what you want about The Hoff but he certainly knows how to get things done. Whether it's saving lives in Speedos, making best friends with a car or managing to make a mullet look like the most natural thing in the entire world, the guy just nails it.
Sure, in the past you might have overlooked his musical endeavours but his latest release, True Survivor, released to promote the Kickstarter funded film Kung Fury is: A) The kind of 80s nostalgia toe tapper that makes you want to buy a motorbike and, B) Quite possibly the greatest music video ever made.
Chock full of incredible pop culture references it's the most bonkers thing we've ever had the pleasure of resting our retinas on. Opening up with The Hoff shooting the life out of a load of Streets of Rage style baddies and finishing with the whole gang riding off into the sunset on the back of great big dinosaur. It's absolutely insane.
Currently still in post-production, the full length film Kung Fury film that the song will feature in will be released online later this year and promises to be an incredible, genre-spanning 80s style epic featuring everything from martial arts, Vikings, dinosaurs, Nazis and time travelling supercops.
Watch it now and then go and get some fresh air.
