Donald Trump hits out at Tom Ford after he refuses to dress Melania
"She never asked Tom Ford, doesn't like Tom Ford, doesn't like his designs"
Last year, Tom Ford stated that he wouldn’t dress the next First Lady, Melania Trump, because she wasn’t his image, explaining that his clothes were too expensive for a woman who was meant to relate to the everyday American, and most everyday Americans can’t afford an $5,000 Italian made dress.
Fair enough excuse, right? It’s not like he said her husband is a dickhead, even though he could have because he is a dedicated Democrat and was a staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton. But the next President of the United States, Donald Trump, has unsurprisingly kicked off in an interview with Fox News.
"She never asked Tom Ford, doesn't like Tom Ford, doesn't like his designs," Trump states.
"I'm not a fan of Tom Ford, never have been,” he also says, which this writer cannot fathom because if there is a God he surely wears a Tom Ford suit.
In another astonishing claim, Trump also stated that he wasn’t the only business tycoon who wasn’t a fan, informing Fox that Las Vegas’s Wynn Resorts CEO Steve Wynn “just called me and he said he thought it was so terrible what Tom Ford said, that he threw his clothing out of his Las Vegas hotel."
So if you’re on the strip anytime soon and happen to see a pile of clothes lying outside a hotel, check the tags. Could be worth a bit.
