Dr Martens release new revolutionary lighter footwear
The brand drops a few pounds in their new DMs Lite range
01 September 2016
With autumn fast approaching, it's time to start thinking about updating your footwear for a colder season, which is where Dr Martens new DM Lites come in.
The brand seem to be going through a revamp with their new range, which sees the traditional chunky boot icons opt for a new ultra-lightweight sole, blending athletic performance with a high fashion aesthetic.
This is most likely due to the unprecedented rise in popularity for casual trainers, so it's no wonder Dr Martens has slimmed down their subculture staple for a brand new audience.
Available in three styles, the Newton 8-Eye Boot, Cavendish 3-Eye Shoe and Edison Tassel Loafer have been combined with original DMs silhouettes, so diehard fans don't need to throw a strop just yet. All these styles are also available in black or cherry red temperley leather, each coming with a SoftWair memory foam insole with moisturewicking technology.
