Everything you missed at the Emmy Awards

It must be hard being an actor.

Getting all dressed up by someone else, given a bunch of words to say by someone else, told where to stand, where to look, do a lot of "pretending" - and then a few months later put on a designer label to get told by the rest of your industry what a good job you did. 

Jealous? Us? Obviously. 

These are the winners from the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, interspersed with various entertainment nuggets from the events at Microsoft Theater, LA.

• Courtney B. Vance as Johnnie Cochran on The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story (which picked up the most awards for the night, scooping five in all)

Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie

• Sarah Paulson as Marcia Clark on The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story

Oh this? Just the kids from Stranger Things delivering sandwiches to the audience. Not like it's the most adorable thing you've ever seen or owt.

So that's six major awards for HBO and FX, a clutch of three for Netflix, two for PBS and a whole lot of champagne consumed throughout the evening.
