Shot by Grammy-nominated photographer and filmmaker Dexter Navy, Fred Perry’s new AW17 lookbook has taken a little bit of what they love from all over the place.
No strangers to mining British subcultures for inspiration (having just collabed with London skatewear brand Thames), the iconic clothing label have pointed their finger at the various style movements over the decades - from mods in the 60s, 80s lads on the terraces, and BritPop and Indie during the 90s - and said “I’ll have some of that, please.”
Warmly presented and approachably styled, the lookbook gives us a little peek into various people from around the FP fam - from shop assistants to guitar-bothered Miles Kane and legendary DJ Don Letts - (mostly) centered around their famous laurel-wreath-adorned polo shirt.
If you were looking for a little autumn inspo, you may’ve just found it.
