Celebrating the best of everything from fragrance to skincare innovations and must-have gadgets for men, we reveal the champions of the ShortList Men’s Grooming Awards 2013
Year on year, we are seeing more grooming launches incorporating cutting-edge technology, new techniques and science behind each creation. For this year’s ShortList Men’s Grooming Awards we have recognised this with a few changes that embrace this more forward-thinking approach to grooming, and reinforce our commitment to informing men about modern product choices.
Firstly, we have revised some of the categories. There is a new award in the fragrance category – an area we feel is extremely important for men’s grooming. Additionally, in light of the fast-changing trends in the market, we decided our Grooming Awards should celebrate newly launched products.
This year’s sponsored_longform with House Of Fraser has also brought in two new judges onto the panel – Allan Winstanley and Selina Jones – both of whom offered their beauty and grooming expertise when deliberating on the winners, and also deciding the House Of Fraser ‘Every Man Should Have One’ Honorary Award.
Before we reveal the winners, we must say thank you to all our readers who have participated in the online voting for this year’s Grooming Awards. ShortList received an unprecedented response of more than 3,000 public voters, which resulted in over 26,000 product votes. These public votes were counted alongside ratings and feedback from the judging panel of industry experts, chaired by ShortList’s style director Adrian Clark, whose job it was to oversee the 20 separate categories.
