You and your friends are a creative bunch right? You've come second in the pub quiz three times running, you've been known to cook a pretty mean roast between you and there was that one time you created a set of Tarantino-themed nicknames for the entire office. It's slightly depressing to discover that the likes of F. Scott Fitzgerald would hang out with Ernest Hemingway - a duo set to be brought together in Michael Grandage's film Genius.
Word comes via Coming Soon that Fitzgerald and Hemingway are to be played by Guy Pearce and Dominic West respectively, joining a cast that sees Jude Law play the literary giant Thomas Wolfe and fellow Briton Colin Firth as editor Max Perkins.
Grandage's Genius - based on A. Scott Berg's biography Max Perkins: Editor of Genius - follows the relationship of Wolfe and Perkins, caught up in the talent-filled literary scene of the early 20th century as Perkins helps bring fame to the works of Hemingway and Fitzgerald.
With a talent-laden cast including Nicole Kidman and Laura Linney, Genius is set charm audiences when it arrives in late 2015.
