By the gods, these are some fine posters.
Appealing directly to your inner Classics geek (don't pretend like you didn't have one), creative duo Franca Tessarz and Malte Gruhl have given the ancient world of Greek deities a contemporary reworking for the modern age.
A brooding set of dark, sorrowful prints, Tessarz has lent a poetic verse to each of Gruhl's moody designs to form the White Mountain series. "These gods are not absolute, but rather human in their desires and aspirations," explains the gallery page. "Even though their myths are thousands of years old, they remain timeless to us".
To pick up your own tribute to Zeus, Aphrodite, Persephone, Theseus (he's a hero, not a God), Prometheus (okay, a Titan rather than a God) and Icarus (not even close to being a God), visit Tessarz and Gruhl's Society6 page.
