Here's how to see the new Star Wars film 2 days before everyone else
Awaken that force as early as possible
Good things come to those who wait. But we've been waiting 10 years for a new Star Wars film (and 32 years since a really good one), so we're not prepared to wait any longer than we absolutely have to.
So, if you failed in your quest to secure tickets for the opening night of The Force Awakens in the UK on 17 December (which is already one day ahead of the States), we have a solution. Head to Paris and watch it there instead - two days before it hits cinemas in most of the world.
Now, there is one catch - you'll have to fly to the US first, in order to take advantage of an awesome-looking package currently being offered by Air France US.
The trip, from New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles, on 15 December, will cost you somewhere between $1,300 and $5,000 depending on what package you choose, but you'll be treated to a 4k widescreen 3D screening at a EuropaCorp cinema in Paris with more than 40 speakers pumping out the sound. Head here to secure your place.
Granted, it's not too great environmentally speaking, but who cares about that when you can brag to everyone about how amazing it is, a whole day before they get to see it? You can't put a price on that (well, it's thousands of pounds and a lot of pollution, but we're not quibbling).
