They always said they’d be there for us. They’re finally making good on their word.
In a soon-to-be-aired NBC special celebrating the great and the good of classic sitcoms directed by James Burrows down the years, there were no guesses for the biggest reunion of the night: the cast of Friends, albeit minus Matthew Perry, who’s currently treading the boards over here in London.
Shuffling onto a couch which looks nowhere near as comfortable as the one in Central Perk, Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courtney Cox and NEW TOP GEAR HOST Matt LeBlanc didn't get an easy ride, with Andy Cohen - whose sole raison d'être appears to be digging up old myths and rumours surrounding the show - giving them a good grilling.
One particular highlight in the trailer below: "Did you all sign contracts saying that you wouldn't sleep with each other," asks Cohen.
Could it be any more awkward? Let's hope so.
