Icelandic commentator loses it after his team score winner against Austria

What a time to be alive and an Iceland supporter.

The country is appearing in its first-ever major football tournament and is, by some distance, the minnows of the whole competition, with a population of just 330,000 people to choose from - the same size as the city of Leicester.

And yet, after last night's sensational conclusion to Group F, they have emerged in second place and remain unbeaten following draws against Portugal (where they wound up Cristiano Ronaldo so much it was beautiful) and Hungary and a last-gasp winner against Austria.

They had led 1-0, before they were pegged back to 1-1 and with the Austrians needing a win to progress and committing players forward, Iceland broke away, with substitute Arnor Ingvi Traustason sliding in to score a famous winner, setting up a second round match against England.

And one man - this Icelandic commentator - was extremely happy about it.

What an absolute hero. It's a relentless, unbridled release of emotion, a moment of pure elation. 

We can't help but think however, that in any other context it would sound a bit... dark? Mr Hyde has got the same idea.
