Incredible Holograms From Microsoft's New Virtual Reality Technology

Yesterday Microsoft, at their annual Build event, unveiled HoloLens, a piece of kit that is likely to change the world (and, let’s face it, one day result in the launch of Skynet).

The technology consists of an ungainly pair of goggles that essentially mean you are in The Matrix. You can still see everything but now there are holograms popping up all over the place like on the fridge and anywhere else you want. These holograms can be manipulated and your world becomes a fully interactive computer.

During the demonstration yesterday some very impressive (and not terrifying at all) functions were showcased. Here are the best of them.
