Insane scientist risks his life in the coolest way ever to prove a physics law
Unfortunately there isn’t a Nobel Prize for being ‘a-bloody-science-lunatic’ but if there was, it would probably be given to physicist Andreas Wahl and his incredible demonstration of the Newtonian laws of circular motion and centripetal force.
It's a law that that you probably haven't reviewed recently, but is effectively this:
Centripetal force makes travelling objects follow a curved path that continues to accelerate as they reach a central point. Which probably still doesn’t make much sense to you but, hey, watch the video.
The ‘experiment’ was filmed for a new show called Life on the Line to be screened in Norway, unfortunately if you’re outside of Norway you won’t get to watch it, which is a shame because it’ll doubtlessly be incredible.
