Jeb Bush tweeted a picture of a gun with his name on it - and the internet's response was brilliant

You've heard of Jeb Bush, right?
Sure you have. American businessman turned politician. Served as Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007. Brother of former president George. Currently running the Republican nomination to become the President of the United States. THAT Jeb Bush.
Currently flagging behind the likes of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, Bush is apparently flailing about for any form of media coverage he can lay his hands on. Which might be why he tweeted this...
"Well maybe he's just tweeting it as an ironic critique of America's current gun problem?"
Unfortunately not - Bush published the image shortly after his campaign had made a stop at a firearms maker in Columbia, South Carolina - the next state to hold its presidential primaries vote.
While some 18,000 Twitter users clearly appreciated Bush's declaration of all that the US of A stands for, a significant (more balanced?) part of web supplied some superb retorts.
America - one of the most powerful nations in the world, in which owning a gun with your name on it is as normal as owning a pencil case with your initials written on in Sharpie.
