The summer kicks off a tad early this year, in the multiplex at least, with the release of big budget Tom Cruise blockbuster Oblivion, a story about a post-apocalyptic earth and the one man who might be able to save those who remain.
It's directed by Joseph Kosinski, who first burst onto the scene with 2010's Tron: Legacy, and features all of the eye-popping visuals you'd expect.
We managed to sit down with the man behind the magic and spoke to him about working with Tom Cruise, the pressures of a big budget and what we can expect from Tron 3.
Oblivion is in cinemas now
