Keith Lemon To Ruin Back To The Future For Everyone
Keith Lemon To Ruin Back To The Future For Everyone
You know that feeling when all your joyful childhood memories are chopped up into little bits, set on fire and then the ashes are mixed with manure and used as compost on a roundabout flower bed? No? Well, you’re about to.
In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future, Keith Lemon, the fictional character created by Leigh Francis, is to host an ITV programme/crime against nature called Keith Lemon's Back To The Future Tribute. It gets worse.
As part of the show Lemon will re-enact scenes from the film. RE-ENACT. KEITH LEMON. But he won’t be alone in this act, oh no, he’ll be joined by no lesser talents than Paddy McGuinness as Biff and Gino D'Acampo as the Doc.
That’s like trying to re-create the majesty of Beethoven's 9th Symphony in D Minor by randomly hitting a banjo.
Along with that, Keith will interview members of the cast and crew and will also be revisiting some locations from the movie. In the announcement Lemon said “I’m very excited. I feel like a geeky 40 year old virgin, except I’m not 40 and I’ve had loads of sex. Let’s get that flux capacitor fluxing!".
Where we’re going we won’t need roads. We’ll need a bottle of Scotch, a locked room and a hand gun.
