Now, if you're ordering yourself a Spicy McChicken, you'd have to expect a certain level of, ermmm, spice.
But a man in Guangzhou, China, took a bite of his McDonald's specialty and decided that not only was this burger too damn spicy but that the level of heat was actually a criminal offense.
According to The Nanfang, the wisely anonymous and incredibly sensitive customer called an employee over to try the burger.
But this wasn't enough so he then called the police, who arrived and duly told him to calm the hell down. McDonald's tried to appease him by offering a free portion of grilled chicken legs and a Coke.
Understandably, McDonald's weren't charged.
