Man City and Man United fans are trolling each other and it's magical

When your most bitter rivals crash out of football's biggest club competition on the planet, there’s only one thing to do: really rub it in.

That’s precisely what happened yesterday, when a prank-happy City fan brilliantly trolled the United ticket office by requesting a seat for the Champion’s League quarter finals at Old Trafford, adding insult to injury after the Red Devils where knocked out of the comp by Wolfsburg last week.

In a bid to save face, and not to be outdone, a quick-witted rival United fan has just replied in similar fashion, cutting the blues down to size by asking to see the as-yet undecided Champion’s League trophy in the flesh.

With the floodgates now open for an onslaught of banterous trolling from both the blues and the reds, one thing’s for sure: we’re staying well out of it.
