New Lufthansa ad pokes fun at England supporters ahead of the Euros

It's strange that the great countries of England and Germany have always had their differences. After all, we both love the same things: beer, sausages, brass bands and football.

We suppose there is the small matter of two World Wars. Perhaps that's where the rivalry lies. Probably is, isn't it?

And, while England may have triumphed in those, on the football field there has been one dominant team (with the glorious exception of 1966) and that's the German boys.

Ahead of Euro 2016, German airline Lufthansa has played on the countries' history by creating this excellent new advert, which features two England supporters who see their flight cancelled, leaving them rebooked on Lufthansa - and a nightmare flight ensues...
