If, like us, your life wouldn't be worth living without the inclusion of regular steak-eating sessions, then we have some news that should produce an instant, impossible-to-remove smile.
Along with all those other known cuts (detailed perfectly here), a brand new steak has just been discovered. True fact.
Called the 'Vegas strip steak' (pictured above), it's believed to be the last steak found from the beef carcass. Self-proclaimed meat geek Tony Mata "found" the cut by using an undervalued muscle and he believes that the steak is on a par or better than other types.
"The tenderness of the Vegas Strip Steak is comparable to the New York Strip Steak," Mata said. "It does not require aging or marinating to achieve tenderness and its visual appeal enhances the steak eater’s overall enjoyment."
We're waiting for our sample/s.
