HBO's new Westworld trailer looks terrifyingly good
The latest small screen blockbuster is coming in all guns blazing
You may soon have another reason to bow down and worship the Gods of HBO: Westworld is on the way and it’s coming in all guns blazing.
Set in a terrifying theme park of the future where humans can live out their fantasies in the Old West – and based on Michael Crichton’s 1973 cult, CGI effects-pioneering sci-fi of the same name – it stars James Marsden as one of the tourists, Ed Harris as an errant android gunslinger and Anthony Hopkins as the scientific creator behind it all.
And here's the latest trailer, offering a sneak peek at the carnage set to unfold when the park invariably goes to hell and the machines turn on their masters - probably without the need of WD-40. Brutal, bloody, nice hats - we can't wait.
Saddle up, it’s gonna get messy.
Westworld will be on Sky Atlantic in October
