Nike’s Ace Wimbledon 2014 Trainers

SPOILER ALERT: The new trainers developed by Nike Tennis for its A-list athletes about to grace the grassy courts of Wimbledon are white.

We jest - you knew that was always going to be the case, didn't you? Not that there isn’t a dash of the maverick to the footwear you’ll see pounding the grass courts at the all-England club thanks to Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and company.

Accented with flashes of lime in a minimalist style which it has to be said is more befitting the Spaniard than the Swiss, the Air Max Cage, Lunar Ballistec and Zoom Vapor Tour 9.5. have also given been treated to a lick of lime and black, giving us a whole other reason to look forward to 23 June.
