With the vast array of pizza toppings and crust options and dips to choose from, picking what to order from your local takeaway can be a bit daunting.
And now you have another option to add to the list – Marmite stuffed crust.
The polarising condiment has teamed up with pizza purveyors Papa John’s to create a pizza crust stuffed to the brim with mozzarella and Marmite.
The crust will be available across the country, both in stores and online, from 25th March.
The decision was made after Papa John’s Marmite and cheese scrolls – now off the menu following a limited run – proved popular with diners.
“Following the huge success of our Marmite Scrolls earlier this year, we’re extremely excited to spread the partnership beyond our side menu and into the crusts of our popular pizzas,” said Papa John’s managing director Liz Williams.
“‘Ingredient innovation is at the core of our menu and we’re sure that the addition of Marmite to our cheesy crusts will be a huge hit.”
Bad news if you’re a Marmite fiend – the item will only be available for a limited run. So you better be quick if you want to gross out everyone around you.
