An Australian man got himself into a spin when he got stuck inside a washing machine during a game of hide-and-seek.
The unnamed man was naked, and reportedly hid inside the top-loading machine in a bid to surprise his partner, but got stuck. It took a team of rescuers armed with olive oil to free him. The incident happened in Mooroopna, a town just north of Melbourne in Victoria.
Seargeant Michelle De Araugo stated that, "It was just a game gone wrong. It would be fair to say the gentleman was very embarrassed."
Meanwhile, First Constable Luke Ingram gave us the lesson that we all needed, saying "my advice would be for people not to climb into appliances".
Dammit - we were just about to take a nap in the tumble drier Luke - now we'll steer clear.
