The first full trailer for Queen biopic 'Bohemian Rhapsody' is finally here
15 May 2018

It feels like we’ve been waiting forever for Bohemian Rhapsody, the Queen biopic, to emerge into the world.

The film - which was originally announced way back in 2010 - has endured a difficult production, with Sacha Baron Cohen originally slated to produce and star as the legendary Freddie Mercury, before dropping out following creative differences with the remaining members of Queen.

Then, in December, after three months of filming, director Bryan Singer was fired for being absent from the production on multiple occasions and clashing with the cast and crew. Dexter Fletcher was hired shortly after to complete filming and post-production, with the principal photography wrapping in January this year.

Now, finally, after this long wait, and after a teaser clip, we’ve got the first full trailer for the film, which stars Rami Malek as Mercury.

There’s a couple of posters too:

The film features Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor, Gwilym Lee as Brian May and Joseph Mazzello as John Deacon, while Allen Leech (Downton Abbey), Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones) and Mike Myers also star.

Bohemian Rhapsody is in UK cinemas on October 24 and in US cinemas on 2 November
