A host of stars have been confirmed for Seth Rogen's Netflix special
And it's going to be "unlike anything y’all have ever seen"
On April 6th, Seth Rogen is bringing Hilarity For Charity, a comedy special in aid of Alzheimer’s research, to Netflix. He and his wife Lauren founded the organisation in 2012, and have raised over $7m in that time, but this is the first thing they’ve done for massive audiences - generally before it’s been live shows and stuff.
This is a star-studded event, as Rogen describes in this announcement video:
Pretty impressive lineup, right? John Mulaney, Sarah Silverman, Nick Kroll, Michael Che, the Muppets, Tiffany Haddish, Sacha Baron-Cohen, Kumail Nanjiani, Craig Robinson and his band Nasty Delicious, Michelle Wolf, Post Malone, James Corden, Alison Brie, Ike Barinholtz and Jeff Goldblum are all involved, with the show being recorded just the other day.
“I’m so thrilled to announce the AMAZING lineup for my Netflix comedy special, Hilarity For Charity,” Rogen writes. I think it’s gonna be unlike anything y’all have ever seen. I’m trying to make this shit crazy and awesome and totally unique. And to end Alzheimer’s, so it’s a tall order. Join me!”
Here’s a hard-to-hear video from outside the event itself:
And look at that backdrop. Amazing.
Here is a video of Sarah Silverman doing quite a good impression of Seth Rogen:

Good-ass telly for a good cause, Hilarity For Charity arrives on Netflix on April 6th.
