Rain. Rain. Drizzle. Rain. Grey. Rain. Drizzle. SUN! Drizzle. And that's just the British summer.
As a nation we are fabulously skilled at discussing (/tutting) the obnoxious habits of our isle's weather patterns. And yet, on a global scale, we've not really got a lot to complain about. Sometimes it floods, sometimes it snows, but largely, it's nothing a good coat won't sort out.
The US know how to do weather - in particular, storms. Slovenian storm chaser Marko Korosec spent 26 days travelling the states of Texas, Kansas and Colorado. As warm, sticky air travels up from warm the Gulf of Mexico, it clashes with the altogether opposite climate of the dry, cool Rocky Mountains. These incredible images are the results of these two weather fronts falling out with each other.
Seeing one of these would supply the average Brit with enough bus stop conversation to last the rest of their commuting lives. Find more amazing images on Korosec's Facebook page.
