Now, here's a set of glasses you really don't want the misfortune of sitting on.
The product of a collaboration between Danish menswear label Han Kjøbenhavn and furniture manufacturers Fritz Hansen, these wooden sunglasses are one of the most unique eyewear options we've seen this summer.
Having previously collaborated for a furniture range, this Danish union still manages to blend the furnishings of Hansen into the stylings of Kjøbenhavn. The wooden frames of the glasses range have been crafted from the frame of an original Grand Prix chair - an award-winning stackable plywood chair by Danish designer Arne Jacobsen.
With Carl Zeiss lenses and a leather carrying pouch, the glasses will be available in a choice of oak or walnut. Keep an eye on the Han Kjøbenhavn site for pricing and release dates.
