As Britain’s preppy casualwear equivalent to Abercrombie & Fitch, Superdry has invigorated the wardrobes of men across the country with its polo shirts, denim and windcheater jackets that (thankfully) don’t make you look like a bedraggled rambler.
Now, the label has collaborated with tailoring legend Timothy Everest to create a range of slim-fit suits and British blazers designed to be worn alongside Superdry attire.
The weighty San Franciscan wool jacket (£175) is ideal protection against bracing winds, the Country Rebel tweed blazer (£175) is perfect for layering over shirts and sweaters for a touch of the rural gent, and the Super Spy suit’s sateen-lapelled, single-breasted jacket (from £175) and skinny-fit trousers (£75) both contain secret pockets that can accommodate, say, an iPhone 5. Or, if you’re going full ‘spy’, a Walther PPK.
