

If you were the cinematographer for one of 2012's most-anticipated, big-budget superhero blockbusters then you'd probably have a wide range of toys to utilise on-set.
But while shooting The Avengers, Seamus McGarvey decided to "keep it real" and film a couple of scenes on his iPhone. These shots are actually going to be used in the final film and can apparently be seen in the trailer.
"I understand that sometimes there is no choice and you have to go for the cheapest option, but if you are limited for choice, you can still make poignant decisions that will effect the look of the film," he revealed in a recent interview.
