We'll be honest with you, our knowledge of Swedish cuisine goes as far as meatballs and cinnamon buns. So when we discovered Sweden's food capital was Gothenburg, like valiant hungry troopers we headed over the North Sea to taste what it had to offer. Thankfully, on no occasion did the food come with a rage-inducing flat-pack wardrobe.

Opt for the uncomplicated buffet and you won't be disappointed (we're not talking a cheap pile-your-plate-high version, here).
