No, there hasn't been a "leak" from an iPhone assembly plant in deepest China. We don't have details on the next Apple handset ready to whip you up into a frenzy of mobile envy. What we do have is probably a lot cooler.
This concept design for Apple's next iPhone is the work of Martin Hajek for German website Computer Bild - a sleek, glowing slab that's arguably a lot bolder than anything the California tech giant would dare create.
The single round button has been enveloped with an all-encompassing front screen, while an improved dual lens camera finds its way onto the back of the phone - an idea that Apple itself is indeed grappling with, in an effort to rid the slight bulge caused by the lens of the camera of the iPhone 6. While a glowing Apple logo pinched from the MacBook would probably play havoc with battery life, it's a gorgeous idea.
The changes over the iPhone 6 are slight and subtle: rather than getting carried away with notions of a built-in projector or all-glass build, Hajek has kept in line with the incremental improvements of recent iPhone models.
But, as stated, it really is too good to be true.
Sign him up, Apple.
