English Gents Mojito

The world of cocktails can be tricky to navigate, especially for men. Not all of us feel comfortable standing at a bar and sipping a glass of pink liquor, adorned with an umbrella or flashy sparkler. Thankfully London Cocktail Week starts this weekend that's given us the perfect excuse (like we needed one) to source the best drinks in town. First up is the English Gents Mojito from Blind Tiger.

Method

Lightly muddle mint in base of a Collins glass. Add the other ingredients with crushed ice and churn. Garnish with a mint sprig and orange zest spiral.

Ingredients

50ml Beefeater Gin

20ml lime juice

10ml white sugar

10ml elderflower cordial

12 mint leaves

50ml apple juice

2 spoons marmalade.
