The Idle Man drops new summer collection and, yes, it's very good
Realistic British summer outfits from the London store
The Idle Man are a really nice new store, based in London’s Leather Lane – right next to Pieminster; honestly, you can’t miss it. Already stocking brands like Persol, YMC, Sunspel, and the lads, The Idle Man also creates their own gear that’s impeccably cut and great quality while operating at a price-point that lies somewhere around the “Yeah, that’s really good, actually” mark (shirts at £25 and jeans at £30, etc).
And their new summer lookbook is chocka with lovely clothes and good ideas: white jeans and light layering; summer jerseys with shorts; corduroy and some rainwear too because, let’s face it, the summer we all want is not promised. Why should we be so lucky?
Isn’t it annoying that the pictures are all different sizes so the white space between them on our CMS varies from picture to picture? Yes, it is. But the clothes are legit. That’s the way ‘round you’d like it.
