The Team GB Olympic medal TV cheat sheet
When to watch our team strike gold (and silver and bronze) in the first week
We all love the Olympics (well, unless you're Russian). But we're all busy people. We can't all afford the time to watch the Judo preliminaries.
So we need to cut to the chase (literally) - what are the big moments for Team GB in Rio that we need to watch live, as they happen?
Grab your diary and step right this way...
Saturday 6 August - Cycling Road Race

Three-time Tour De France winner Chris Froome goes in this one - Olympics wise, he's previously won a bronze in the 2012 time trial but he'll be hot favourite this time around.
Sunday 7 August - Women's 400m Individual Medley
When? 2:49am
Stay up to the wee small hours to see how Hannah Miley gets on in the 400m Individual Medley. She came 5th in London, can she push into the medals this time around?

Yes, it's horse dancing, but we might get a medal so it's all fine. Charlotte Dujardin (pictured above, left), Carl Hester, Fiona Bigwood and Spencer Wilton team up to lead our brave horses to victory. Plus, there's a chance someone might use a Phil Collins medley again like in 2012.
