Who? The Boxer Rebellion
What’s the story? Big Ideas is an apt name for a song connected to The Boxer Rebellion, a band who were one of the first acts to experiment in going it alone without a label, ever since Poptones (who released their first album) folded back in 2005. Ever since, they've toured and released and built up a dedicated army of fans, who are all eagerly anticipating the release of their fifth album, Ocean By Ocean, which will come out on 29 April. We're delighted to be premiering the video for Big Ideas, a glorious Sin City-style part-animated affair which perfectly complements the luxurious Foals-esque groove of the track. Go on, have a watch and lose yourself for four minutes.
