Through our exhaustive search for the UK's best burger, we've tried pretty much every burger variant there is.
But today, a much-hyped experiment revealed a burger unlike anything we've seen before.
In front of an audience in Hammersmith, Professor Mark Post prepared a patty which was made entirely with lab-grown meat. The Frankenburger, as it's totally not officially called, was created from 20,000 tiny strips of meat grown from cow stem cells.
The reason behind this madness is down to the unsustainable nature of livestock farming. It's hoped that artificial meat might help to solve this issue although they won't be seen in supermarkets for another 20 years.
In case you wanted to try and make your own, it cost £250,000 so give up already.
