The world's best coffins

As time progresses, we're often confronted by the odd thought of what we'd want done with our body once we've died. Admittedly it might only come to us during a particularly self-reflective hangover or alongside some nasty plane turbulence but the older we get, the more these thoughts come around.

For those of us who want all the misguided attention that we can get once the day comes, Ghanian coffin sculptor Paa Joe has rustled up some pretty amazing death cabins to end up in.

Joe is commissioned by families to create a coffin that represents the achievements or dreams of a deceased relative. It's a tradition that's been around in south-east Ghana since the early 1950s and is one that wouldn't go amiss here in the UK.

Standard mahogany boxes, your time is up.
