That headline in English (Sterling) - a £6 palm-sized computer that looks like a circuit chip has just managed to snatch over £630,000 from Kickstarter investors in a matter of days. Which is impressive.
Roughly the size of a credit card, CHIP is a tiny, fully functional PC: a 1GB processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a composite visual output to plug it into a monitor.
Designed to be educational, functional and practical, CHIP is aimed squarely at a market currently dominated by the UK's equally impressive Raspberry Pi - shaving a few pounds of the Pi's price tag. It comes pre-loaded with Snatch - an easy to use coding tool that will help teach the computer-illiterate to write basic computer code in a matter of days - as well as its own open-source operating system, thousands of compatible apps and a plethora of online arcade games.
No, it's not about to replace your laptop - but if you're in need of a new hobby and always wanted to learn the basics of computer programming, this is £6 well spent.
