Pigs are incredible.
Via a mysterious process of wallowing in mud, chomping on food scraps and making a noise like Satan's kettle, they produce the finest foodstuff known to mankind: bacon.
Delicious though it may be, it's a bit of a pig (yes) to cook, with most frying sessions usually ending in a mess of grease splatter, uneven finishes and potential burning (the horror). Which is why we're hugely grateful to YouTube cook Benji Travis for providing this sure-fire, clean alternative to cooking perfect bacon.
So, all you need is foil, an oven set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius and you're good to go.
If you need us, we'll be out buying bacon.
