Weather reporter dramatically struggles through Hurricane Florence while two people stroll past behind

One of the bastions of ‘the funny internet video’ is the struggling weather reporter. It never gets old, it will always be funny - people having a real tough time of it in adverse weather conditions is - and we don’t say this lightly - always, always, always funny.

Still, the channel released a statement, which is - as expected - a large slice of nonsense:

“It’s important to note that the two individuals in the background are walking on concrete, and Mike Seidel is trying to maintain his footing on wet grass, after reporting on-air until 1:00 a.m. ET this morning and is undoubtedly exhausted.”

Nice try!

Despite Mike’s exaggerations, the Hurricane has battered the Carolinas, causing heavy flooding in many coastal areas, while US President Donald Trump has declared a disaster in several North Carolina counties.

Mind you, with the President’s record for truthfulness, can you image how dramatic he’d have made that weather forecast?
